真空熔炼33Si2MnCrMoV钢力学性能的研究

【摘要】 本文测定了真空熔炼33Si2MnCrMoV 钢的强度、韧性和应力腐蚀延迟断裂性能。试验结果表明,真空熔炼显著提高钢的纯净度,从而提高钢的韧性和抗应力腐蚀性能。在抗张强度为185kgf/mm2时,真空熔炼钢的平面应变断裂韧度达292kgf/mm3/2,应力腐蚀界限强度因子为77.7kgf/mm3/2。抗张强度降低11kgf/mm2,KISCC值升高44.5kgf/mm3/2。在相等抗张强度条件下与电渣重熔钢相比,真空熔炼钢的 KIC值提高15%,KISCC提高36%;应力腐蚀亚临界裂纹扩展速率降低60%。

【Abstract】 The strength,toughness and stress corrosion delayed cracking of vacuum melted 33Si2MnCrMoVsteel were determined.The experimental results show that the purity of vacuum-refined steel wasremarkably improved,thus its toughness and resistance to stress-corrosion cracking increased.Withtensile strength being 185kgf/mm2,the plane-strain fracture toughness and the thresholed stress inte-nsity of vacuum melted steel reached 292kgf/mm3/2and 77.7kgf/mm3/2respectively.As comparedwith electro-slag remelted steel,the K1cand K1sccof vacuum melted steel increased by 15% and36% respectively,and the stress-corrosion crack growth rate reduced by 60% on condition that tensilestrength remained in same level.
