醚化植物胶DFPP-104印花糊料合成和流变性能的研究
A Study on Synthesis and Rheological Behaviour of DFPP-104 Thicker Based on Etherified Vegetable Gum
【摘要】 本文叙述了醚化植物胶的合成原理和工艺过程;介绍了它的流变性能和其它优良的特性——较高的纯度、极小的滞后性以及抱水性好等,因而该糊料适宜用于精细花样的印花。由于糊料渗透性、水溶性好,给色量高及属于非离于性,因而适应广泛。并对某些重要特性采用分子结构理论加以讨论。
【Abstract】 Synthetic mechanism and processing of etherified vegetable gum are commented on withrespect to its rheological behaviour and other improved properties. With the excellent penetration,good solubility, high dye up-take and non-ionicity, the thicker thereof can be widely used andparticularly suitable to printing fine pattern due to its higher purity, less retardancy, betterwater-retention properties. Based on the theory of molecular structure, some important propertiesare discussed.
