AS共聚物组成和序列结构与PAN/AS共混纤维微孔结构的关系

【摘要】 作者在聚丙烯腈(PAN)中加人少量丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物性(AS共聚物)进行湿法纺丝,制得了内部具有大量微孔、吸水性能优良的共混纤维;用红外光谱仪测定了AS共聚物的腈基伸缩振动谱带频率;根据Harwood的计算方法,求得了表征AS共聚物中序列分布的参数——交替次数R;总结了AS共聚物组成和序列结构与PAN/AS共混纤维微孔结构和吸水性能的关系,得到了交替次数与共混纤维孔隙率、微孔半径及微孔数量呈线性关系的结论;解释并用实验证明了这一结论的内在联系。

【Abstract】 In the investigation of porous hydrophilic acrylic fibres by polymer blend technique, a smallamount of acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer (AS), was used to blend with polyacrylonitrile (PAN).By means of the equations proposed by Harwood, the sequence distribution parameters of AS copo-lymers was calculated according to the CN infrared stretching frequencies of AS copolymers. It wasshowed that the microporous structure of PAN/AS blend fibres is closely related to the sequencedistribution of AS copolymers. A new concept that sequence distribution of AS copolymers is themain effect to control the dispersibility of AS copolymer in PAN/AS blend dopes as well as inblend fibres was suggested.
