丙烯腈-丝朊接枝共聚纤维中的相分离与互相渗透的网络结构

【摘要】 本工作试纺了丙烯腈-丝朊接枝共聚纤维;测定了纤维的动态力学性能;进行了X-射线小角散射及透射电镜研究;提出在纤维结构中既存在相分离,两相之间又存在互相渗透的网络结构,证实丝朊在纤维中形成细致的分散;讨论了互相渗透网络结构的存在对纤维断裂形态及纤维耐磨性的影响。

【Abstract】 After spinning, drawing, washing and drying, a fibroin grafted AN synthetic fibre wasobtained. By means of dynamic viscoelastic properties measurement, small angle X-ray scattering(SAS) and transmission electronic micrcscope (TEM), the structure of this fibre was studied. It wasproposed that there are phase separation as well as interpenetrating polymer network (INP) ex-isted in the fibre. It was confirmed that very fine dispersion of fibroin was formed in the fibres.The effects of the interpenetrating polymer network (INP) structure on the breakage morphology andthe wear-resistance of the fibre were discussed.
