芳纶高速纺纤维结构性能特点

【摘要】 芳纶1414(PPTA)是新发展起来的高强、高模、耐高温纤维,采用干-湿法液晶纺丝成形。液晶溶液干-湿法纺丝过程中,空气层高度对纤维结构的形成是一关键。本文着重研究了不同纺丝速度即不同空气层高度下纺制的纤维结构性能特点。

【Abstract】 The structure and properties of PPTA fibre changed with increasing take-up velocity and thereexisted a best spinning speed at a certain technology condition. We mainly compared the structureand properties of the fibre obtained at 400 m/min with that of the fibre at 150 m/min. We foundthat the modulus of PPTA fibre at the high take-up velocity was much higher than that at alow take-up velocity. But this difference in properties was less related to the morpholcgicalstructure and was dependent more on gathering structure of PPTA fibre. The research on mechanicalpropcrties of the lattice also showed that the lattice mechanical properties were able to change inaccordance with the different formation processes.
