涤纶纤维的粘弹性和染色性
The Viscoelastic Properties and the Dye Uptake of PET Fibre
【摘要】 本文应用动态力学方法,并结合X光衍射法及测定上染率等测试手段,定量地研究在松弛条件下,经不同定形温度处理后涤纶纤维分子运动所引起的无定形区结构变化,从而得出涤纶纤维的粘弹参数与上染率都随定形温度的变化而呈现相似的变化规律,两者之间是符合上染率Dy=k∫T1T2(tgδ)cdT关系式。这说明动态力学方法是研究无定形区分子运动和微细结构的有效方法之一。
【Abstract】 In this work the molecular movements in amorphous matrix of PET fibres as a function ofvarious heat setting temperatures under the relaxing condition have been investigated quantita-tively. For this purpose, dynamic mechanical test, x-ray diffration method and dye uptake mea-surement have been adcpted. It has been found that there is a correction of dye uptake Dy and theviscoelastic parameter integral from n=T1 to T2((tgδ)cdt). This illustratea that the dyanmic mechnical. method is an eff-ective one for investigating molecular movement in amorphous region and fibre finestructures.
