线性电位滴定法测定弱酸的含量──盐酸麻黄碱、硫酸阿托品和氨基乙酸含量的测定
DETERMINATION OF WEAK ACID BY LINEAR EQUATION FOR CALCULATING ITS EQUIVALENCE VOLUME
【摘要】 本文讨论了线性电位滴定法测定弱酸的数学模型,自编了计算程序.样品经溶解后,加入氯 化钡控制离子强度不变,然后分步等量加入氢氧化钠标准溶液,测定其pH值,输入计算机,按所 编程序求出滴定终点.应用本法测定了盐酸麻黄碱等六种样品,结果与非水滴定法相吻合.
【Abstract】 The method for calculating equivalence volumes based on titration data for weak acid determination are being studied. Samples were dissolved in water and then barium chlorine solution was added. The titrant was of 0.1M sodium hydroxide solution. Titrimetry was done by stepwise adding equal volumes of titrant. After each addition of titrant, the pH was measured and the pairs of titrant volume-pH data were used to calculae the equivalence volume by a computer program through the solution of a set of linear equations. The evaluation was done by carrying out three different titrations. The results were shown to be in agreement with those of non-aqueous titration.
