用高能加速电子束辐照研究细胞色素b5还原酶的氧化还原反应机制

【摘要】 本文介绍了用高能加速电子束研究细胞色素b5还原酶的氧化还原反应机制。我们用高能加速电子束照射溶液时产生的水合电子束还原氧化态的细胞色素b5还原酶,得到了既不是氧化态又不是还原态的新的吸收光谱,从而认为在该酶的氧化态和还原态之间还存在着中间态。

【Abstract】 Using electronic beam radiation, the procedure for extraction andseperation of cytochrome b5 reductase and the mechanism of reduction and oxida-tion reactions of this enzyme were described. Hydro-electron was produced when thesolution was subjected to the action of electronic beam. From the spectrum of oxidi-zed form of cytochrome b5 reductase after reducing with hydro-electron, we discove-red a new spectrum neither oxidized form nor reduced form, so we considered that itwill be the existance of a middle form besides both oxidized and reduced form ofthis enzyme.
