【摘要】 本文研究用PAN—S为显色剂直接光度法测定钴的新方法,具有操作简便,灵敏度和选择性良好等特点。钴与PAN—S形成1:2络合物,λmax为566nm,ε566为2.30×104,logβ2为25.19。

【Abstract】 1- (2-Pyridylazo)-2-naphthol-Sulfonic acid (PAN-S) has been shown to be a sensitive and selective reagent for cobalt and a method for the spetrophotometric determination of cobalt is proposed. In the complex, the ratio of cobalt to PAN-S is 1: 2. The absorption maximum is 566nm and ε, 2.30×104 L·mol-1·cm-1. The stability constant of the complex has been determined from absorbance curve by graphical method and the lgβ2 is 25.19.
