【摘要】 本工作采用原子吸收法荧光光度法研究肺癌组织中金属元素的测定,采用分析质量控制方法观察铜、锌、铁、铅、镉、锰、镍、铍、砷、硒等10种元素在肺组织中的含量分布。并随同试样分析了美国标准局1577-小牛肝标准物,由标准物的测定值与其真值的偏离即能反映试样测定值与真值的差离程度。据此,认为试样分析结果基本可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 The atomic absorption spectrophotometry and spectrofluorometry are used to determine metallic elements in the tissue of lung cancer. The distributions of Cu, Zn, Fe, Pb, Cd, Mn, Ni, Be, As, Se in lung tissue were studied. The standard material of calf’s liver(NBS-1577) is analysed by above procedures too and the analytical results were compared with reference values of the standard material. It is found that the devised precedures are reliable.更多还原
