高铑及高铱物料中微量铜的分光光度测定

【摘要】 叙述了高铑和高铱冶金物料中微量铜的分光光度测定方法。在pH3—10的介质中,铜(Ⅰ)与新亚铜灵生成黄色络合物。该络合物可被三氯甲烷定量萃取。萃合物在454nm处有最大吸收。铜量在0—2微克/毫升范围内遵守比尔定律。采用二异戊基硫醚萃取分离或硫脲掩蔽法以消除金(4mg)或钯(4mg)的干扰后测得的结果基本一致,本文选用硫脲作为掩蔽剂。在选定条件下,10毫克铑或10毫克铱的冶金物料中,分别共存0.2毫克铁、镍、铂对5微克铜的测定无干扰,此量时相对误差不大于±10%。

【Abstract】 A spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of copper in materials containing rhodium or iridium has been described. In media of pH 3 to 10, copper(Ⅰ) reacts with 2.9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthrolin to form a yellow complex, which can be quantitatively extracted into chloroform. The extracted complex has an absorption maximum at 545 nm. The Beer’s law is obeyed from zero to 2 ppm of copper per mL. The interference of palladium and gold is eliminated by using thiourea as masking agents. Iron, nickel and plantinum do not intefere under given conditions. The relative errors are less than 10(?)
