空心阴极灯-氢化物发生原子荧光测定岩石中微量锑
Determination of Micro-Amounts of Antimony in Rocks by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrophotometry Using Hollow Cathode Lamp.
【摘要】 本文应用普通锑空心阴极灯作光源,氢化物发生原子荧光法测定岩石中微量锑进行了探讨,获得了满意的试验结果。方法变异系数小于6%,检出限为3.5×10-9克/毫升。
【Abstract】 The determination of microamounts of Sb in rocks by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry with hydride-generation technique has been studied.Antimony hollow cathode lamp was used as the light source instead of the electrodeless discharge lamp.Satisfactory results were obtained under following conditions: Lamp current 2 mA, light beam 6.5mm, argon gas flow 1 L/min and atomization temperature 1000℃. The analytical curve for Sb is Iinear in the concentratron range 0.001 to 0.1μg/mL.The RSD is below 6% and the DL is 3.5 ng/mL.
