【摘要】 本文概要叙述了对引进的美国海军研究实验室X射线荧光分析程序(称NRLXRF程序)的开发和应用情况。本工作对该程序的基本结构、主要功能、调用方法及进行未知试样分析时的主要步骤等,作了探讨性的开发,並在此基础上将其应用于超导薄膜、高温合金膜、高温合金钢、钛白等试样的分析,效装较好,可满足工艺分析的要求。对多元复杂体系的稀土、水泥试样作了较广泛的分析对照,为实现单标样或少标样进行X射线荧光分析,开辟了一个很好的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development and applications of NRLX RF programms have been summarized. Basic con struction in NRLXRF programms, their main fun ctions, uses and main steps for analysing samples are investigated. It is then applied for analysing superconductivity films, refractory alloy films, re fractory steel and titanium dioxide, etc.. By comparing analytical results of mixed rare earth and cements, it has been shown that analyses by XRF can be achieved with a single standard sample or less standard samples than usual.更多还原
