溶剂浮选吸光光度法——测定微量铜
DETERMINATION OF TRACE COPPER BY SOLVENT FLOTATION SPECTROPHOTOMETRY
【摘要】 本文应用溶剂浮选吸光光度原理,拟定了微量铜的测定方法。用二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠作捕收剂,与Cu2+离子生成稳定疏水的螯合物沉淀,当空气通过浮选池时,沉淀附着于气泡上升,并溶于有机相异戊醇中,于430nm比色测定,可测定ppb级铜,富集比为20,浮选率约98%。
【Abstract】 Solvent sublation was used here to concentrate trace Cu using diethyldithioocarbamate(DDTC)as a collector instead of solvent extraction. At pH 4 to 10 a yellow complex conpound of Cu2+ with DDTC was formed It could be flotested, its absorbance was measured subsequently at 430 nm. The main factorsaffecting the determination was determined thogonalexperiment.pHwascontrolled at 6. 0 to 6. 4: The mixture of Cu2+and DDTC was stirred for 5 min, and isoamyl alcohol was used as solvent in solvent flotation with air flowrate of 25 ml/min, the determination would then be carried out. The interferences from Fe3+, Mn2+, Ni2+ and Cr3+ etc within ertainlimitswerepreventedby masking with tartrate ion and EDTA.
