海洋及河口沉积物中15种微量及常量元素的原子吸收分光光度法测定

【摘要】 <正> 海洋及河口沉积物是物质迁移的重要归宿,了解沉积物的微量及常量元素化学组成对海洋地球化学的研究具有重要意义。消解沉积物的方法很多,目前大多在铂坩埚或聚四氟乙烯烧杯中采用酸消化,如王水、HNO3-HClO4-HF、王水-HF等。近年来发展起一种全聚四氟乙烯厚壁消化罐,完全排除了金属材料,适用于微量金属的分析。

【Abstract】 A simple and rapid method for the determination of 15 minor and major elrments in marine and estuary sediments has been developed. The sample was decomposed by aqua regia and HF in a teflon bomb at 97±3℃for 3h. The decomposed sample was combined with boric acid.Cu, Pb, Cd, Co and Ni were determined by flameless atomic absorption using a L'vov platform. Zn, Mn, Fe, Ca, Mg, K, Na, and Cr, Sr, Al were determined by air-acetylene and nitrous oxide-acetylene flame respectively. This method has been applied to the analysis of Reference Standards. The precisions were better than±8% for minor and±5% for major elements.
