测量复合材料应变分布的两种云纹法

【摘要】 <正> 对各向异性、非均质的复合材料,由于理论分析上的困难,利用实验应力分析的方法测定其应力应变分布,比均质材料更为重要。 云纹法的基本原理是利用两个栅片之间的干涉得出云纹图。其中一块栅片贴到试件上,跟随试体一起变形,这块栅称为试件栅。另一块印制在透明材料上,它不随试件变形,称为分析栅或基准栅。变形后的试件栅和分析栅重叠在一起相干涉,得到的图形叫云纹图。云纹

【Abstract】 Fundamental principles and practical procedures for experiment of the grating lines multiplication Moire method and the high sensitivity Moire interferometry are presented Real time observation and recording of full displacement field of composite material specimen at various load levels can be made by using either of the methods. A comparison is made between the two methods to show their advantages and scope of their use. In addition, a resistance type strain gauge measurement is made on the same specimen in order to check the precision of the two methods. A good agreement is found betweea the measurement results obtained by using the Moire methods and those by strain gauges.
