【摘要】 本文报导了10起亲子鉴定案例的 HLA 分型结果,并进行了遗传学分析和讨论。结果提示 HLA 分型是一种比较准确地解决亲子纠纷的方法。

【Abstract】 Paternity tests for 10 cases using HLA phenotyping are reported.4 out of 12 alleged fathers were directly excluded.The calculated relative chance of patr- nity(RCP)of all 8 unexcluded alleged fathers were 90%.Results indicated that the HLA phenotyping is a more efficient method for paternity test.
