【摘要】 用自制双极指环式硅胶导管电极,于家兔主动脉根部所引导的His束电图,其H波位置及波型,与犬心及人体His束电图一致。在窦性心率与人工起搏固定心率两种条件下,A—H间期均被肾上腺素能β受体阻断剂心得安所延长,后者表现更显著,心得安在窦性心率时,由于心率的变化,掩盖了对H—V间期的影响,仅在解除心率影响时,才显示延长H—V间期的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of prcpraaolol (1. 0mg/kg iv.) on His Bundle Electrogram were studied in rabbits. The results showed that propranolol significantly pro longed A--H interval (P<0. 01) and had no effect on H--V iaterval (P>0. 05) in sinus rhythm. When atrial pacing was used to fix heart rate, it was shown that by propraaolol the A--H interval was more prominently prolonged (P~0.001) than under sinus rhythm and H--V interval was also significantly prolonged (P<0. 001).
