【摘要】 <正> EB病毒与鼻咽癌关系十分密切,鼻咽癌病人血清中EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体水平明显升高,这种抗体滴度与病理学之间的关系作者曾作过报导。本文就检测VCA-IgA抗体的临床意义和应用价值进行分析。材料与方法本文收集疗前鼻咽癌261例,放疗后3年以上鼻咽癌34例,鼻咽部非癌疾患36例,头颈部其它原发性恶性肿瘤47例,颈部淋巴结转移癌27例,颈部淋巴结炎性疾患10例和正常成年人140例。以上共555例血清应用免疫酶标记抗体间接法检测EB病毒VCA—IgA抗体,滴度≥1:5为阳性阈值。同时,除正常人更多还原

【Abstract】 Using indirect immunoperoxidase technique, serum from 261 nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) patients prior treatment, 47 patiens with other head and neck tumors and 140 normal donors were tested for VCA-IgA antibodies. positive rates of the antibody were 90. 0% (GMT 1: 40. 97), 12.8 % (GMT 1: 3. 07), 0%(GMT 0), respectively. The results pointed out that test this can be used as an effective serodiagnostic method for early diagnosis NPC. In 50 stage 0 and stage I NPC cases, the postive rate of VCA-IgA antibody was 96. 2%, whilein 8 nasopharyngeal non-cancerous cases were totally negative. The paper also pointed out that the test also can be used as an indicator of prognosis. GMT of VCA-IgA antibodies increased stepwise from stage I to stage Ⅳ. High VCA-IgA antibody titres indicate poor prognosis, while low titres point to good pronosis.更多还原
