【Abstract】 The ConA induced suppressor assay has been established to evaluate the functional status of suppressor T lymphocytes, By using the orginal method, two bleedings and five days of experimental period are needed. we report here a modification of this technique by which the stimulator and respondor cells are cultured at the sametime.
