不同施氮量对稻瘟病生理小种鉴定的影响
THE EFFECT OF NITROGEN LEVEL ON IDENTIFICATION FOR BLAST RACES
【摘要】 在不同施氮水平下,用3个稻瘟病生理小种接种我国7个稻瘟病生理小种鉴别品种,结果同一个供试小种,因不同施氮量的影响,鉴定出的小种有所不同。从稻株对稻瘟菌的病斑反应型看,抗瘟性似是质量性状。用多小种鉴定多品种的抗瘟性时,病株率可呈现出连续的数量分布。且抗瘟性容易受环境条件如温度、湿度、肥料等的影响。鉴于抗瘟性这种质量、数量性状的两重性,作者认为水稻的抗瘟性可能是一种阈性状。
【Abstract】 In 4 different nitrogen levels, 7 national differential varieties were inoculated with 3 blast strains. The result showed that a same strain was identified from different races with 4 nitrogen levels. Although the blast lesion is of the type similar to qualitative character, the resistant frequency often appears successive distribution during the time inoculated with blast strains and the resistance is easily affected by the environment,such as temperature, humidity and fertilizers. Thus, the writer considers rice blast resistance may possibly have threshold character.
