以桦木为原料制造纤维板的初步研究
A PRELIIMINARY STUDY ON FIBERBOARD MADE FROM BIRCH
【摘要】 本文论述以桦木生材、剥皮和未剥皮桦木贮存材、低含水率桦木贮存材为原料制造纤维板的研究。研究结果表明,桦木贮存一年之后,木材物质损失约6%;但纤维得率提高约1%,这是出人意料之外的。桦木贮存之后对纤维板的物理力学性能有很大影响,强度性质降低,吸水率提高。树皮含量主要对纤维板的吸水率有影响。工厂制浆和中试车间制浆,浆料质量之间和纤维板质量之间的相对差是相同的,但绝对值是不同的。
【Abstract】 The effects of storage time, bark content and moisture content of chip on pulp and hardboard properties have been studied and compared with fresh spruce as raw material. The fresh spruce was used as a control of raw material. Maximum storage time of unbarked and barked birch was one year. Pulps have been made both in mill and pilot plant scale, hardboards only in laboratory scale.It was not anticipated that the pulp yield was increased by about 1 % for stored birch. This may be explained by the lower bark content in stored brich. However, the hardboard quality was reduced for board made of stored birch. The bark content affected mainly the impact strength and the water absorption of the board, which were reduced and increased , respectively . Hardboard made of green spruce has usually a better quality than that of fresh birch.The relative differences between pulps and boards made thereof are generally the same at defibration in mill and in pilot plant scale. But the absolute values are different. The pulp yield is higher, the energy consumption lower and the board quality lower for Pulp made in mill scale.
