分光光度法测定合金中微量铜

【摘要】 <正>现在合金中微量铜的测定,大都采用萃取光度法。由于在测定过程中加入大量有机溶剂,不仅操作繁琐,时间长,而且有毒。 近年来,由于大环卟啉化合物对于测定某些金属离子具有高灵敏、稳定性好的特点,已引起了人们的重视。1978年,日本的青村和夫曾报道了以非水溶性卟啉作显色剂,分光光度法测定CU(I)的方法;1982年,福州大学吴其庄等人又进一步研究了以非水溶性卟啉

【Abstract】 In this paper, a simple, sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace copper in ferro-alloy and aluminum-alloy was approached, on the basis of the complex reaction of α, β, r, δ-tetraphenyl-porphine(TPP)with copper in the presence of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfnate. The molar absorptivity was∈414 = 4.4×105l·mol-1·cm-1. The present interfering ions in alloy could be tolerable in the presence of sodium pyrophosphate which was used as a masking reagent. The method mentioned above was applied to the determination of trace copper in 8 standard samples of alloy and a satisfactory result was obtained,The relative errors were within±1.5%.
