【摘要】 <正>我国硫酸盐法制浆造纸占有极大的比重,大量的硫酸盐纸浆黑液尚未得到充分利用,有些工厂将其浓缩以回收碱兼利用余热。大部分工厂没有回收,排入江河造成环境污染。胶合板生产中胶粘剂用量大,目前常用的是脲醛树脂胶,但因其脆性大,耐老化性能差,耐水煮、耐气候性能较差,不适于室外使用。国内现有的酚醛树脂胶虽然可用作室外型胶合板,但因价格昂贵,只用于生产高级胶合产品。因此,寻求原料来源广泛,成本低、具有较高耐水性能的新胶种具有重要的意义。本文研究以价格低廉的纸浆黑液为主要原料制作室外型胶合板的胶粘剂,并探讨其制造工艺条件和产品性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 An effort has been undertaken in the application of SSL as an adhesive for exterior-grade plywood. The influences of ecetified SS1, the added amounts of pF - resin, pressing pressure and temperature as well as adhesive ma-nufacuring process on SSL bonded plywoods were invetigated in the laboratory scale. A trial production has been done in the Sangming plywood factory. The results were shown that the strength of plywood had a marked increase with lowing PH value, when PH value above 3. 6. The strength properties were improved also with increasing the addition of amounts of PF-res in. The adhesives would not cured, or, it cured but with no wet strength, when pressing temperature below 120℃.The cost of plywood produced with the SSL adhesivewas also primarily alysed.
