铝棒挤压的刚—粘塑性有限元分析及模具优化
RIGID-VISCOVS-PLASTIC FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS QF ALVMINIVM ROD EXTRUSION AND OPTIMIZATION OF D\ES
【摘要】 本文在刚—粘塑性变分原理基础上,导出相应的有限元列式,进而设计编制了适用于分析轴对称问题的刚—粘塑性有限元程序RVPEP,用铝棒挤压的实验数据对程序进行了考核,取得了较好的吻合,并用该程序结合生产实际进行了棒料挤压模具的优化分析,得出了合理的模具参数。
【Abstract】 On the basis of variational principle for rigid-viscous-plastic mterials, formulations of corresponding finite element method are presented, and a rigid-viscous-plastic finite element program for axial symmetric problem RVPFP is written.The computational results are compared with those of alum inium rod extrusion experiments and they are in fair agreement.By using RVPFP program and combining practice, the optimization of extrusion dies has been done and reasonable parameters of extrusion dies are obtained.
