激光诱导荧光法测定微量气态分子碘
APPUCATION OF LASER-INDUCED FLUORESCENCE TO THE ANALYSIS OF TRACE QUANTITIES OF IODINE
【摘要】 本文采用激光诱导荧光技术,以输出波长632.8nm的He-Ne激光器作为激发光源,自制单光子计数器为探测器,测定了微量气态分子碘.研究了荧光强度与激光功率、碘分子浓度及外加气体的关系,碘的检测极限为7×10~9分子/厘米~3.
【Abstract】 A method of analysis for trace quantities of iodine by Laser-induced fluorescence spectrophotometry by means of the 632.8nm line of a He-Ne Laser and a singlephoton-counter has been investigated. The dependence of the fluorescence intensity on the concentration of iodine, laser power and the foreign gases have been examined. A detection limit of 7×10? molecule/cm3 is achieved.
