【Abstract】 The glancing angle θ replacing the interplaner spacing d which is used to quali tative phase analysis is used as basis of search and match in FXDB-2. Besides the serial numbers, chemical elements,θ and I in FXDB, the chemical formulas and chemical names of phases are also included in the data base. The contents of data may be enlarged.Various basic data are stored in three basic data blocks. According to the needs of users special analyzing data blocks for search and match are composed of elements from the basic data blocks. The modes of blocks and of records in files are also provided.The Program package includes five Program modules.
