【摘要】 用电子显微镜研究了苏芸金杆菌25个H—血清型的27个菌株和7.个新分离菌株的伴孢晶体,比较了它们的大小和形态结构。伴孢晶体的形态分为:菱形、方形、椭园形或近园形、或近园形、近六角形、不规则形及多种形式的镶嵌形。菱形伴孢晶体的平均长度0.708—1.748μm,平均宽度0.436—0.998μm,且它们的平均长度/平均宽度的比值大多数为2左右;非菱形伴孢晶体的平均长度和平均宽度分别为0.785—1.253μm和0.632—0.992μm,它们之间的比值为1.2—1.4。云南省文山菌株(WenShun strain)产生两个叠合的形似“张开嘴的鱼头状”的伴孢晶体。励木变种(Subsp.tochigiensis)(H19)的一个孢子束中形成2—3个伴孢晶体,且排列的位置也不尽相同。首次发现云南变种(Subsp.yunnanensis,H20)113菌株在形成伴孢晶体的同时产生“葡萄状”的物体,它是否属于旦白质的伴孢晶体及其对昆虫的作用,还有待于研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-seven strains of Bacillus Thuringiensis representing 25 different H-antigen serotypes and seven new strains were examined by electron micrescopy and their crystals were compared for differences in morphology and size. It showed many type of crystals; bipyramidal, cuboidal,spheroidal, sexangle, irregular, ovoid, and many embedded forms. The mean length and mean width of bipyramidal crystals were from 0.708--1.748μm and 0.436--0.998μm. respectively. The great majority of ratios of mean length/mean width were approximately 2; Non-bipyra midal crystals ranged from 0.785--1.253μm in mean length. Mean widths varied from 0.632--0.992μm. Their ratios were between 1.2--1.4. The overlapping crystals of the head form of opening fish mouth were formed by he WenShun strain. Subsp. tochigiensis, notes that the formation of two or three crystals and the arranging stations were different in a single sporangium. In Subsp. yunnanensis 113,"grapes" form were observed for the first time, whether it also belongs to the category ofinsectcidal crystals still to be determined yet.更多还原
