【摘要】 本文研究了各种绝缘层厚度的约瑟夫逊结的Ⅰ-Ⅴ特性。分析了各种非理想结Ⅰ-Ⅴ实验曲线的行为。对结的稳定性机理进行探讨。

【Abstract】 A New view-point about the stability of Josephson tunneling junction is suggested after a study of the I-V characteristics of Josephson tunneling junction in various thickness of the insulate layer and an analysis of the various anomalous I-V characteristics.
