铈的电子结构与超导电性
ELECTRONIC STRUCTURE AND SUPERCONDUCTIVITY OF CERIUM
【摘要】 本文用自洽LMTO-ASA能带方法计算了α’-Ce的固体电子结构和超导转变温度(Tc)。所得Tc理论值与实验值基本相符。这说明α’-Ce的超导电性仍为BCS电声机制。另外,对γ-Ce及α-Ce,由实验Tc值及能带计算结果估计了自旋涨落参量λee,分别约为0.4及0.1。
【Abstract】 The electronic structure and superconducting transition temperature (Tc) of Ce have been calculated with self-consistent LMTO-ASA method. The theoretical value of Tc is basically consistent with the experimental one. The parameter of spin fluctuation of γ-Ce and α-Ce is derived, from the experimental value of Tc and the results of energy band calculations for γ-Ce and α-Ce, with λee being 0.4 and 0.1 respectively.
