【Abstract】 Presents the architecture design and some implementation issues of a multi-user relational database management system NITDB (Nanjing Institute of Technology Database Management System), specially mentions process design, overall data structure, database file protection, and structure of the core program, and also deseribs the concurrency control sub-system of NITDB. NITDB supports transactions of various types. Many users can access to the database concurrently and correctly. The overhead for concurrency control is relatively small.更多还原
