【摘要】 本文对21例肝占位性病变的肝扫描和 B 超结果作一比较,其两种方法的诊断符合率均为90.5%,与其他作者的报告相似。两种方法联合应用其诊断符合率提高到95.2%。本文讨论了两种方法的优点和局限性,其结论是为做出正确诊断,两种检查方法联合应用是必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In our controlled study,21 patients with space-occupying lesion of the liver confirmed by biopsy were examined by isotopic scanning and ultrasonography.The accuracy of diagnosis rate of both ultrasonography and isotopic scanning is 90.5%.It is similar to that reported previously.The raised diagnostic accuracy by combination of the two methods is 95.2%.In this article the advantage and the limitation of the use of the two methods are discussed,indicating that in order to get a correct diagnosis,both the two examinations are necessary.更多还原
