北京型内燃机车万向轴焊缝低温韧性的研究
Study of the Low Temperature Toughness ot Weld in the Universal Joint Shatt of Beijing Diesel Locomotive
【摘要】 本文采用四种不同成分的焊丝进行了万向轴焊缝低温(—40℃~—60℃)韧性的研究,讨论了混合气体配比、焊接工艺规范及提高调质时的淬火温度对焊缝低温韧性的影响,并用梅氏冲击试样和夏氏冲击试样相结合的方法检查了焊缝韧性,以及用透射电镜和扫描电镜分析了焊接质量。结果表明,采用MGS—80焊丝或天钢焊丝,在焊接工艺合理的情况下,能满足万向轴焊缝的技术要求。
【Abstract】 The low temperature(-40~-60℃)toughness of weld in the universal joint shaft welded with welding.wires of four different compositions is studied,and the effect of mixed gas proportion,welding procedures and raising its quench (?)emperature on the low temperature toughness of weld are discussed.The weld toughness is inspected with Mesnager and Charpy impact test,and welding quality is examined by Transmitting Electron Microscopeand Scanning Electron Microscope.The test results showed that using MGS-80 welding wires or welding wires made in Tianjin Steel Works can satisfactorily meet the technological requirement for weld of the universal joint shaft under the suitable welding procedure.
