30CrMnSiA钢构件焊接残余应力的分析
An Analysis of Welding Residual Stresses in 30CrMnSiA Steel Structure
【摘要】 本文对30CrMnSiA钢制造的飞机主起落架的半轮叉进行了X射线应力测试研究,测定了不同焊补工艺所产生的残余应力值,以及该材料的X射线应力测定常数K2值。结果表明:(1)残余应力是30CrMnSiA钢构件产生裂纹的主要原因之一:(2)补焊前预热、焊后紧急后热可显著降低残余应力,不必再进行低温回火处理。
【Abstract】 The residual stresses in dichotomous fork of main cranes of the plane are measured and researched by X-ray technique.The dichotomous fork is made of 30 CrMnSiA steel.The author measured residual stresses that were produ- ed in different welding techno gies and determined the material′s measure- ment constant K~′~2 in X-ray technique.The following is found in this study:1)Residual stress is one of the main reasons that lead to cracks in structure made of 30 CrMnSiA steel 2)Preheating before welding and prompt post heating after welding can decrease markedly residual stresses in structure which need not temper at low temperatures.
