罗非鱼海水养殖试验
Tilapia sp Culture in Sea Water
【摘要】 经过二年来重复试验,在辽南地区养殖周期短,水温低,鱼池连片面积较大的条件下,取得平均亩净产商品鱼252.7公斤,亩净赢利290元,饵料系数为1.37的成果。初步摸清了海水养殖罗非鱼的主要技术关键是:① 提高鱼种海水驯化的成活率;② 早放苗、放大苗、力求苗种品系纯正,充分发挥纯尼罗罗非鱼的生长优势;③ 鱼种下塘前及养成期间都要培育出良好的水质,其中溶解氧保持在3mg/ι以上,pH=7.5~8.6,氨态氮不高于O.027mg/ι,透明度控制在35~20cm,浮游植物总生物量保持在50~100mg/ι;④ 在饲养方法上,采用施肥与投饵相结合;⑤ 对溃烂病、鱼虱病、甲藻导致的赤潮提供了有效的防治方法。 本文是二年试验工作总结,着重阐述了大规格鱼种养成商品鱼的高产,稳产的技术关键和有关的一些理论问题的以及不同放养规格、放养密度与池塘产量、出池规格和商品率的关系。
【Abstract】 This is a research report on the project of "The technique of culturing Tilapia in sea water"。We acheived the net production of average 252.7kg/Mu and thenet benefit of 290 yuan/Mu and the bait efficiency of 1.73 under the hard condition of low temperature, short growth period, and large culture area for a unit in the southern part of Liaoning Province for two years experiments.We found out that the keys to the technique of culturing Tilapia in sea water water will be as follow:1. To raise up the survival rate of taming the fingerling of Tilaqia in sea water.2. To breed fry early and use big fry, make every effort to purify the species and play the dominance of pure Tilapia species.3. To cultivate a good water quality before setting fingerling and during the period of culturing. The dissolved oxygen shoud be kept above 3mg/l, pH between 7.5-8.6, and NH-N no more than 0.027mg/l. The transparency should be controled in 35~20 Cm, the phytoplankton should be kept at 50~100 mg/l.4. To breed by fertilization combined with putting bait.5. To make successful control against decay disease, Argulus disease and red tide caused by Pyrrophyta.In this paper we dilscuss the main technical problem of using big size fingerling to gain a high and stable produot of commercial Tilapia fish and the theories concerned about it. we also discuss the rela tions among the fingerling size, the culturing dens ity and the products of fish pond, the harvesting size and the commodity production rate.
