基础、导轴承刚度和磁拉力等对机组自振特性的影响
The Effects of Foundation, Guide Bearing Rigidity and Magnetic Pull etc. on Selfoscillation Property of Hydrogenerator set
【摘要】 分析了矮机墩、高机墩和圈梁立柱式机墩与机组竖向振动的耦联作用,指出基础对轴系统自振频率影响不大;讨论了导轴承刚度对横向振动自振特性的影响,认为它是一个必须考虑的因素;通过分析计算,说明了不均衡磁拉力对横向自振频率有较大的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes coupled effect of vertjcal direction vibration of unit, in case of low and high pier etc., and point out that effect of foundation on self-cscillation frequency of Shaft system is not marked, but the effect of guide bearing rigidity on self-oscillation property of transverse vibration must be considerate.The calculation shows that effect of unbalance magnetic pull on traverse selfoscillation frequency is marked.
