共混聚丙烯腈凝固过程中微孔形成机理的研究

【摘要】 有关共混聚丙烯腈纤维湿法纺丝过程中微孔形成的机理,报道甚少.我们曾经发现:对于聚丙烯腈/醋酸纤维素(PAC/CA)共混纤维,两种高聚物凝胶的收缩差异是形成微孔的条件之一.最近,我们对成孔机理作了进一步研究,通过对多种共混纤维,例如:聚丙烯腈/聚醋酸乙烯(PAC/PVAc),聚丙烯腈/丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物(PAC/AS)和聚丙烯腈/丙烯腈-醋酸乙烯共聚物(PAC/AVAc),以及在两种溶剂路线中(二甲基甲酰胺DMF和硫氰酸钠NaSCN)的研究,发现一个新的成孔条件,共混高聚物原液在凝固时,两种高聚物不是同时沉淀,而是异步的.

【Abstract】 The mechanism of formation of microvoids in wet spinning of blend acrylic fibers is less reported in publications of the world.Recently,authors of this paper have found in experiments that the shrinkage difference of gelatine of polyacrylonitrile/cellulose acetate (PAC/CA) blend fiber is one of the factors in formation of microvoids Still, authors have made, by means of experiments and researches upon a variety of polyblend fibers, a great new discovery that the formation of microvoids is due to the asynchronous deposition step during the process of coagulating in polymer blend solutions.
