【Abstract】 This paper has summed up the recent achievements made in applying diwa theory to oceanographic research. Continental marginal sea-type and continental marginal islana arc-type diwa regions are put forward, and a preliminary program for classifying the diwa systems and types in the world is proposed. According to the evolution properties of ocean spreading and consuming, a preliminary scheme is sugested for the evolution and progressive replacement of the crustal tectonic elements. The paper also gives ideas of further application of the diwa theory to the research of the oceans.更多还原
