对人工杀灭喜马拉雅旱獭后的种群密度动态观察
OBSERVATIONS ON DYNAMICS OF POPULATION DENSITY OF MARMOTA HIMALAYANA AFTER ARTIFICIAL KILLING
【摘要】 此项观察结果表明,1981年8月下旬于祁连山北坡草原地带1000公顷灭獭区内,以人工杀灭方法将喜马拉雅旱獭(Marmota himalayana)的原有密度每公顷1.03只降低到0.06只后,1982年秋季其密度便恢复到0.36只,以后密度逐年上升,至1984年秋季上升到1.0只,已经基本恢复到原有的密度。 灭獭后其密度的恢复,前二年主要是区外旱獭的迁入,以后主要是区内旱獭的繁殖。同时可见,灭獭区旱獭种群密度的恢复速度与最初迁入的旱獭数量多少,以及灭獭区面积的大小有关。
【Abstract】 The decline of population density of Marmota himalayana from 1.03 animal per hectare to 0.06 animal per hectare obtained by artificial killing in an area of 100 hectares in prairie belt in northern Qilian Mountains in the latter half of August was followed by the return of its density to 0.36 animal per hectare in autumn, 1982 and to 1.0 animal per hectare in the fall of 1984, almost to its original population density. The return of population density of M. himalayana after filling was due to the combination of migration of marmots from the outside into the marmot - eradicated zone during the first two years with the reproduction of the marmots within the zone since then, and the degree of the return was dependent upon the number of mar mots migrated from the outside and the area of the marmot-eradicated zone.
