我国七种重要材种的二氧六环木素的红外光谱

【摘要】 <正> 红外光谱是研究有机化合物的重要物理方法之一,在结构鉴定和定量分析方面得到广泛应用。在木素化学领域,红外光谱也有各种用途。国外对木素红外光谱的研究,始于50年代,最初大多研究各种分离木素的光谱学,即对红外光谱作出合理的定性解释,近年开始转入定量研究。 木素的结构和性质受材种、部位,树龄及地理,物候条件的影响颇大,同时,木素的不同分离方法也会对木素的性质产生不同程度的影响。因此,各国研究者的结果,往????????

【Abstract】 IR-spectra of dioxane lignins of three softwood species (Pinus koraiensis, Picea jezoensis, Pinus massoniana) and four hardwood species (Populus suareoleusis, Quercus mongolica, Acer mono, Betula costata) in our country are established. To disputed bands, We take the view that the absorption band at 1715cm-1 originates from carboxyl radical, the absorption band at 1470cm-1 originates from skeletal vibration of an aromatic ring the absorption bands at 1420cm-1 and 1280cm-1 are mainly influenced by the guaiacol structure, the absorption bands at 1330cm1-, 1220cm-1 and 1130cm1- are mainly influenced by syringe structure, the band at 905cm-1 originates from syringe structure. It is found that using "peak intensity ratio" of the typical absorption bands can distinctly shrew the constractive feature and systematic distinction of DL of softwood and hardwood species. They are A3400/2920, A1660/1595, A1595/ 1500, A1420/1595. A1370/1500, A1330/1370, A1280/1220, A1220/1030, A1130/1030, and A905/860.
