松脂改性醇酸树脂的研究——醇解过程中醇解组分变化的研究

【摘要】 <正> 一、前言 醇酸树脂是一种改性的聚酯,由多元醇、多元酸、脂肪酸或植物油酯化而成,自醇酸树脂问世以来,尽管各种涂料用合成树脂相继出现,但由醇酸树脂制成的油漆产量仍遥遥领先,是主要的涂料用树脂,预计1990年我国醇酸树脂漆的产量超过25万吨,占涂料用合成树脂总产量的半数以上,但近年来增长速度较慢,约2%左右,主要受原料来源及价格上涨的影响,特别是植物油价格上涨以及合成洗涤剂的发展及洗衣机的

【Abstract】 The process of preparation of moudified alkyd resin with pine gum consists of two steps : alcoholysis and esterification-polymerization. In this paper the step of alcoholysis is studied, the components of alcoholysis solution are determined with thin-layer chromotography, infrared spectroscopy and quantitatively with the thin-layer scanner. The infrared spectrograms of pentaerythitol mono-, di-, tri-esters are obtained using synthesized pentaerythitol esters. Compared with the "pohle method" and "component equation normalization" the thin-layer chromatographic fra ctionation and the thin-layer scanning for determination of alcoholysis solution components are more simple, effective. The optimum time of alcoholysis for modified atkyd resin with pine gum is 65—75 minutes.
