子午加速轴流风机叶轮损失沿径向分布的计算及研究

【摘要】 本文在一些假设条件下,导出了子午加速轴流风机叶轮二次流损失和环壁摩擦损失的计算公式,在NASA实验数据基础上,给出了叶型损失计算公式。利用上述三个损失公式,编制了一个考虑损失分布的叶轮反命题计算程序,用计算结果设计了一个叶轮。试验结果表明,计算结果与试验结果的吻合程度是比较满意的。

【Abstract】 On a meridionally accelerated fan the impeller losses are non-uniformly distributed in radial direction. So it is necessary to take account of the loss distributions in impeller design. Neglecting the tip clearance loss , the impeller losses can be divided into three parts, i.e. the profile, secondary and end-wall losses. With some assumption and based on NASA’s experimental data, formulae are derived for calculating such losses. Introducing these formulae, a converse computation is programmed for the design of a meridionally accelerated impeller, A satisfactory result is obtained through the comparison between calculation and test.
