【Abstract】 Two different representations are given to the left and right action of all the elements of structure group ISO (3.1). The left and right action of structure group elements and frame are defined using matrix multiplication, with a decomposition form of affine frame into matrix combination. A new inhomoge-neous Poincare’ frame bundle P(M) and its associated bundle E(M) are thus established resulting from using a new method to define the effect of the structure group on the product manifold P×M’.更多还原
