金川Ni-Cu锍的吹炼过程及高锍“降铁保硫”的研究——Ⅱ.用含芒硝的熔剂处理高锍、中锍及Ni-Cu-Fe合金的实验研究

【摘要】 用EMF法测定了金川Ni-Cu高锍的平衡氧位;用动态法测定了高锍中S、Fe、Ni的临界氧分压。用Na2SO4-SiO2熔剂对金川Ni-Cu高锍进行“降铁保硫”处理,并在实验室条件下获得了含Fe远小于1%,含S大于20%的高锍产品。20吨转炉的工业试验证实了实验室的研究结果。
【Abstract】 The equilibrium oxygen potential of the Ni-Cu concentrated matte from Jinchuan Nickel Smelter was determined with electromotive force method in which the stablized ZrO2 was used as electrolyte. The critical oxygen pressure of a component in matte was defined and measured for sulfur and nickel of Jinchuan matte. Laboratory experiments were performed on the deironization of Jinchuan matte with Na2SO4-SiO2 flux, and the iron content in matte decreased to less than 1% by mass with sulfur content more than 20%. The results of plant tests on a 20t converter confirmed the conclusions from laboratory experiments.
