机床主轴系统采用油膜辅助支承的研究

【摘要】 本文对机床主轴系统采用油膜辅助支承进行了试验研究,通过试验及计算机模拟计算,确定出油膜辅助支承最优阻尼系数。将CA6140型车床主轴系统的中间滚动支承更换为油膜辅助支承后,其共振频率提高11Hz,轴端共振振幅降低48%,极限切削宽度提高40%。油膜辅助支承具有结构简单、成本低、工作可靠、安装方便等优点,可使主轴系统的动态性能及切削抗振性得到显著提高,对其回转精度及其它性能均有较好效果。

【Abstract】 Conducts a series of experiments of the spindle system of CA6140 lathe with intermediate oil film bearing.The optimum damping coefficient of the added oil film bearing is obtained by testing and computing.Experimental results denote that the resonance frequency increases by 11Hz, the resonance amplitude of the spindle end decreases by 48% and the limiting cutting width increases by 40%. The added oil film bearing improves significantely the dynamic characteristics and vibration resistance of the spindle system yet it is reliable, simple, inexpensive and easy to assemble.
