【摘要】 本文根据分离式热管工作原理,设计了TH 6263加工中心主轴热管冷却系统的结构,进行了较详细的理论分析,给出了等效热路图和一系列设计计算公式,并进行了性能对比试验,试验结果表明,主轴热管冷却系统有良好的冷却效果,本文从经济效益等方面阐明了热管冷却系统在精密机床上推广应用的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the principle of the separate heat pipe,a heat pipe cooling, system for the spindle of TH6263 machining center is designed.A detailed theoretical analysis was given and the equivalent heat path chart and a group of calculating forulas for the design are obtained.Also,the contrast experiments on the performance are conducted. The results show that the good cooling effect is achieved by the heat pipe cooling system.The present paper has expounded the significance in the extended application of the heat pipe cooling system to the precision machine tool in respect of economical benefit.更多还原
