影响大豆褐斑粒形成的因素

【摘要】 本文作者认为,影响褐斑粒形成和发展的诸因素中,大豆种质起决定性作用。播种期和毒株对褐斑粒的形成和种皮斑驳发展的影响,视不同品种而异。有些抗斑驳型品种,受播种期和毒株的影响不大。在感斑驳型的品种中,感染时期对褐斑粒形成也有一定影响:花期感染,引起褐斑粒最重;荚期以后感染,褐斑粒明显下降。研究指出,筛选抗斑驳型的种质,作为抗病育种的抗原应用,对降低褐斑粒的严重度,提高大豆品质,是完全可能的。

【Abstract】 The seed-coat mottling of soybean resulted from virus infection.Soybeaneultivars played the most important role in the formation and development ofseed-coat mottling.The effects of planting date of soybean or strains of SMV on the forma-tion and development of seed-coat mottling were not the same in different cul-tivars and lines.Their effects were less significant in some mottling-resistantcultivars.The effects of stages of infection on the formation of the soybeanseed-coat mottling were also presented in the susceptible cultivars or line.Plants infected in flowering stage provided the highest rate of seed-coat mot-tling and dropped Sharply when infected after podding stage.Our study indicated that it is possible to reduce the rate of the seed-coatnlottling and impro(?)e the quality of soybean seed by mottling-resistant breed-ing.
