【摘要】 根据杨(讠肃)同志所提出的机床主轴部件动态特性的简化计算方法[1],对长沙第二机床厂生产的CW6136型普通车床主轴部件的动态特性在I—100计算机上进行了计算。将计算结果和同类考题进行了对比,说明文献[1]所提出的简化数学模型以及本文编制的程序,对于一般精度机床主轴部件的计算,特别是对机床主轴部件结构方案的选优,可以得到较为满意的结果。为了便于编程上机,将文献[1]中的数学模型作了“修型”处理,同时为了便于阅读,对某些数学模型的建立作了适当推演。在对计算结果进行分析的基础上,对CW6136型机床之轴部件的某些结构性能参数的制定提出了参考性的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of simplified calculation of the dynamic characteristic of principal axle of a lathe [I] offered by Comrade Yang Xo,the dynamic Characteristic of principal axle of Model CW6136 lathe produced by Changsha Second Lathe Factory has been calculated with I-100 computer. Comparison made between the trial and the same kind of test problem shows that the simplified mathematical model in Reference [1] and the programing put forward in this paper give satisfactory result to the calculation of the principal axle of lathe of ordinary precision, especially to the optimization of the structure of the principal axle. For the convenience of programing,the mathematical model in Reference [1] is modified and at the same time, for easiness of reading, derivation is made from some of mathematical models、On the basis of analysis resulting from calculation,proposal is offered for the formulation of some structural performance parameters of the principal axle of Model CW6136 lathe.更多还原
