【摘要】 本文报道从1983年3月到1985年8月采用经骨髓腔注入胎肝细胞悬液治疗再生障碍性贫血21例，基本治愈4例，明显进步9例，合计有效率61.9％。短暂疗效7例，无效1例。此外还对本疗法的作用时间、网织红细胞与疗效的关系及其作用机理等问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 21 patients with aplastic anemia were treated by human fetal liver cell suspension injected into bone marrow from March 1983 to August 1985. Four cases have been completely recovered and nine cases have improved markedly. The total effective rate is 61.90%.Seven patients have only transient effect, while oae case failed.The effect of time interval for treatment, the relationship between the reticulocyte count and the therapeutic effect, as well as the mechanism of action were discussed.更多还原
