【摘要】 我科从1980～1983年用手术治疗下肢严重慢性缺血35例，其中腰交感神经节切除18例；失败11例，下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎，踝压指数预测腰交感神经节切除效果不可靠；游离大网膜移植治疗严重的下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎6例，效果满意。对年龄大、心肺功能不全的动脉硬化闭塞症病人，应简化手术抢救肢体，我们施行3例股股人造血管旁路，1例原位静脉旁路，取得了好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the operative treatment of severe chronic ischemia of lower ex-tramities for 35 cases in our hospital from 1980~1983. Among 18 cases of thromboangi-tis obliterans treated with lumbar sympathectomy, 11 cases failed. The predictive value of ankle index for lumbar sympathectomy was unsatisfactory. Six cases of thromboangitis obliterans were treated with vascular pedicle free omental graft, and they performed very well. Because of their poor general conditions, we treated 3 aged cases of artciosclero-sis obliterans by femoro-femoral by-pass graft and 1 case by femoro-popliteal in situ venous by-pass.
